First of all, Qi Qong is a suitable and effective practice for people of all ages, lifestyles, and fitness levels. Qi Gong is a Chinese exercise system that addresses full body health, working on everything from stretching large muscle groups to targeted focus on hands, feet, and facial muscles, to internal circulation.  Practitioners develop a greater sense of calm in every day life and sometimes report dramatic improvements to chronic ailments.

With so many challenges, it's essential to find a balancing practice one can enjoy and sustain. The ancient Chinese practice of Qi Gong (pronounced CHEE-gung) simply translates to the harnessing of life energy ("Qi") through practice and skill ("Gong").  It combines slow, deliberate movements, postures, and breathing exercises to develop a flowing meditation with intention. It has been used for thousands of years to address ailments and promote healing.
